Challenge
Seedlip’s mission is to change the way the world drinks. In 2020, we were appointed as AOR to set a long-term business strategy pivoting the brand towards DTC membership.



Solution
The first step in that journey was the launch of a new e-commerce platform, redesigned to be a more approachable, connected and personalised experience. We began by looking at the millennial consumer – with so much else going on in their lives, they need shopping to be as easy and stress-free as possible.

The new digital destination makes shopping and browsing simple and effortless, while paying homage to Seedlip’s unparalleled commitment to nature and sustainability. It ensures Seedlip leads its category, further solidifying its position as the leading non-alcoholic spirit in the world. We’re now working to bring to life a membership proposition, through the design and development of a logged-in dashboard which incorporates a new subscription model and will act as a springboard for an innovative loyalty programme and elevated CRM.
